* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of east central Colorado, including the following area, Cheyenne CO and Kansas, including the following areas, Decatur, Gove, Graham, Greeley, Logan, Norton, Rawlins, Sheridan, Sherman, Thomas, Wallace and Wichita. * WHEN...Until 6 PM MDT /7 PM CDT/ this evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - An additional 0.25-2.00" of rain are forecast through Thursday afternoon. The heavier amounts will favor those closer to Central Kansas while the lower amounts will favor those near the Tri-State border. There may be a few pockets of 4-6" rainfall totals generally along and south I-70.
