* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following counties, Brown, Kimble, Mason and San Saba. * WHEN...Through late tonight. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - There is an increased danger to lives and property due to flash flooding. Flash flooding is likely and considerable flash flooding is possible. - Showers and thunderstorms will continue across the area, with additional heavy rainfall possible. An additional 1 to 3 inches of precipitation is expected, which will fall in areas that have already received heavy rain.
