At 19.0 feet, Osage Road, located 2 miles west and 1 mile north of Washington, floods. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:45 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 7.8 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early tomorrow afternoon to a crest of 18.1 feet early tomorrow afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon. - Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
