Mill Creek at Washington affecting Washington County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Mill Creek at Washington. * WHEN...From this afternoon to late tonight. * IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, Low lands along the creek flood from Morrowville to Washington flood. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 3:45 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 9.7 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this afternoon to a crest of 18.4 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage late this afternoon. - Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
