Des Moines River at Des Moines SE 6th St affecting Marion, Warren and Polk Counties. North Raccoon River near Perry affecting Dallas County. North River near Norwalk Hwy R57 affecting Warren and Polk Counties. South River near Ackworth affecting Warren County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...South River near Ackworth, or from Otter Creek near Milo to the Des Moines River. * WHEN...From Thursday afternoon to Thursday evening. * IMPACTS...At 28.6 feet, Water is over Iowa 92 between mile markers 137.5 and 139. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:15 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 26.6 feet, and rising. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 29.0 feet early tomorrow afternoon before falling below flood stage tomorrow evening. - Flood stage is 29.0 feet.
