* WHAT...Localized flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Saline County in central Kansas... * WHEN...Until 300 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Localized flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is likely. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1206 PM CDT, Off-and-on showers and thunderstorms have produced up to around 3 inches of rain across the county since yesterday. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are possible in the warned area through the afternoon. - Some locations that may experience localized floodinginclude...
