...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Kansas... Republican River near Scandia affecting Republic County. Republican River at Clay Center affecting Clay County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Republican River near Scandia. * WHEN...Until Friday afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 10.0 feet, Lowlands along the river flood. At 11.0 feet, Low lying rural roads flood. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 2:15 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 4.9 feet. - Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage to 10.1 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage late this evening to 3.9 feet Sunday evening. It will rise to 4.2 feet early Monday morning. It will then fall again and remain below flood stage. - Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
