At 11.0 feet, Low lying rural roads flood. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1:15 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 9.6 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this afternoon to a crest of 10.2 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage late this evening. - Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
