For the Lower Arkansas River...including Arkansas R at Lamar...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Arkansas River at Arkansas R at Lamar. * WHEN...From this evening to Friday morning. * IMPACTS...At 11.0 feet, Minor lowland agricultural flooding occurs near Lamar. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:00 PM MDT Thursday the stage was 11.1 feet. - Bankfull stage is 10.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 7:00 PM MDT Thursday was 11.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 11.5 feet just after midnight tonight.
