Raccoon River at Des Moines Fleur Dr affecting Polk County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Iowa River near Tama Hwy E49, or from Timber Creek near Le Grand to Salt Creek near Belle Plaine. * WHEN...Until Tuesday morning. * IMPACTS...At 12.8 feet, Water affects portions of C Ave and D Ave from US 30 to the south. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 4:00 AM CDT Monday the stage was 12.7 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 12.8 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage late tonight. - Flood stage is 12.5 feet.
