Raccoon River at Des Moines Fleur Dr affecting Polk County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Iowa River near Tama Hwy E49, or from Timber Creek near Le Grand to Salt Creek near Belle Plaine. * WHEN...From this morning to late Monday night. * IMPACTS...At 12.8 feet, Water affects portions of C Ave and D Ave from US 30 to the south. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 3:00 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 12.2 feet, and rising. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this morning to a crest of 12.9 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage late tomorrow evening. - Flood stage is 12.5 feet.
