The notice as issued

The Flood Warning will expire at midnight CDT tonight for portions of east central and northeast Kansas, including the following areas, in east central Kansas, Shawnee and Wabaunsee. In northeast Kansas, Pottawatomie. Flood waters have receded. The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
