Southeastern Pottawatomie County in northeastern Kansas... * WHEN...Until midnight CDT tonight. * IMPACTS...Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 954 PM CDT, emergency management reported slow moving thunderstorms with very heavy rainfall across the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Wamego, Rossville, Alma, St. Marys, Silver Lake, Maple Hill, Alta Vista, McFarland, Paxico, Belvue, Emmett, Willard, Keene and Volland.
