Rock Creek near Louisville affecting Pottawatomie County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Rock Creek near Louisville. * WHEN...From this evening to Friday afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 27.0 feet, Minor low land flooding begins along the north bank of Rock Creek. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:27 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 27.2 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 29.5 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage early Friday morning. - Flood stage is 27.0 feet.
