Raccoon River at Des Moines Fleur Dr affecting Polk County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring. * WHERE...Raccoon River at Des Moines Fleur Dr, or from Walnut Creek to the Des Moines River. * WHEN...Until Monday morning. * IMPACTS...At 13.5 feet, Water affects the low areas of Water Works Park. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:32 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 14.4 feet, and falling. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage early Monday morning and continue falling to 4.4 feet Saturday, October 10. - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
