Des Moines River at Des Moines SE 6th St affecting Marion, Warren and Polk Counties. North Raccoon River near Perry affecting Dallas County. North River near Norwalk Hwy R57 affecting Warren and Polk Counties. South River near Ackworth affecting Warren County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...North River near Norwalk Hwy R57, or from the Madison-Warren County line to the Des Moines River. * WHEN...From Thursday evening to Saturday afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 23.0 feet, Secondary road closures occur. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:15 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 17.2 feet, and rising. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late tomorrow evening to a crest of 22.7 feet early Friday afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage Saturday morning. - Flood stage is 22.0 feet.
