Middle River near Indianola affecting Warren County. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Raccoon River at Des Moines Fleur Dr, or from Walnut Creek to the Des Moines River. * WHEN...From Thursday morning to Monday afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 18.5 feet, Water affects the maintenance buildings outside of the levee protection at Des Moines Water Works Park. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:02 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 7.7 feet, and rising. - Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage to 12.1 feet tomorrow morning, and then continue rising with a crest of 18.5 feet on Friday morning. It will then fall below flood stage Monday morning. - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
