For the Shoal River...including Crestview...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Shoal River near Crestview. * WHEN...From Monday evening to Thursday morning. * IMPACTS...At 8.5 feet, Water in yards on Sowel Road. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:15 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 4.3 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage Monday evening to a crest of 9.0 feet Tuesday morning. It will then fall below flood stage early Thursday morning. - Flood stage is 8.0 feet. - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 9.0 feet on 02/21/1962. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
