Solomon River At Beloit affecting Mitchell County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Republican River at Guide Rock. * WHEN...From Thursday afternoon to Friday evening. * IMPACTS...At 12.5 feet, Minor agricultural lowland flooding occurs and roads B and E will begin to be impacted. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:30 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 3.7 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage Thursday afternoon to a crest of 13.4 feet early Friday morning.
