Republican River Near Hardy affecting Jewell, Nuckolls and Republic Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Republican River at Guide Rock. * WHEN...Until Friday morning. * IMPACTS...At 12.5 feet, Minor agricultural lowland flooding occurs and roads B and E will begin to be impacted. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1:30 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 11.3 feet, which was still a bit below minor flood stage of 12.5 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to continue a slow climb into this evening, cresting just over flood stage around 12.6 feet late tonight into early Friday morning. It is then forecast to slip back below flood stage by around sunrise Friday, and continue falling over the next few days. - Flood stage is 12.5 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
