Iowa River at Marshalltown affecting Marshall County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Iowa River at Marshalltown, or from Minerva Creek near Albion to Timber Creek near Le Grand. * WHEN...From late tonight to Saturday afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 19.0 feet, Water affects Iowa 14 north of the river as well as Iowa 330 south of Albion. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:00 PM CDT Friday the stage was 18.8 feet, and rising. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late tonight to a crest of 19.1 feet early tomorrow morning. It will then fall below flood stage later tomorrow morning. - Flood stage is 19.0 feet.
