North Raccoon River near Perry affecting Dallas County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Des Moines River at Des Moines SE 6th St, or from below the Center Street dam to Runnells. * WHEN...From this evening to Sunday evening. * IMPACTS...At 24.0 feet, The bike trail is closed east of Water St. Water affects portions of other bike trails. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:00 PM CDT Friday the stage was 24.1 feet, and rising. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 24.5 feet early tomorrow afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage early Sunday afternoon. - Flood stage is 24.0 feet.
