...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in Iowa... Cedar River near Conesville affecting Louisa and Muscatine Counties. English River at Kalona affecting Johnson and Washington Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Cedar River near Conesville. * WHEN...Until Thursday morning. * IMPACTS...At 14.2 feet, Water affects Lindle Avenue and Keokuk Avenue, both near Saulsbury Park. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:00 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 12.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this evening to a crest of 14.2 feet early Monday afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage late Wednesday evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.
