Iowa River at Oakville affecting Louisa County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Iowa River at Wapello. * WHEN...Until Friday afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 22.0 feet, Water affects residences near the U.S. Highway 61 bridge. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:00 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 21.6 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 7:00 PM CDT Wednesday was 21.6 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 21.6 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage early Friday morning. - Flood stage is 21.0 feet.
