Grand River near Chillicothe affecting Livingston and Linn Counties. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Grand River near Chillicothe. * WHEN...From Thursday evening to Sunday evening. * IMPACTS...At 24.0 feet, Low-lying cropland floods. At 28.0 feet, Rural roads are under water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 2:45 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 9.3 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late tomorrow evening to a crest of 29.6 feet early Friday afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage late Saturday evening. - Flood stage is 24.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
