...The National Weather Service in Quad Cities has issued a Flood Warning for the following rivers in Missouri...Iowa... Des Moines River at St Francisville affecting Lee and Clark Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Des Moines River at St Francisville. * WHEN...Until Friday morning. * IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, Flooding occurs over the lower river banks. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1:15 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 17.7 feet. - Recent Activity...The river is rising rapidly. - Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage late this afternoon to 18.2 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight to 14.8 feet early Saturday afternoon. It will rise to 15.4 feet Sunday evening. It will then fall again and remain below flood stage. - Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
