Stranger Creek near Tonganoxie affecting Leavenworth County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Stranger Creek near Tonganoxie. * WHEN...From early this morning to Saturday evening. * IMPACTS...At 23.0 feet, Low-lying farmland along the creek floods. At 25.0 feet, County Highway 6 floods about 3 miles east of Tonganoxie. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1:30 AM CDT Friday the stage was 17.8 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early this morning to a crest of 24.8 feet this afternoon.
