...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Illinois...Wisconsin... Fox River Lower Near New Munster affecting Lake and Kenosha Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Fox River Lower near New Munster. * WHEN...Until Sunday afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 11.0 feet, Floodwaters begin to affect 77th St. in the Town of Wheatland. Floodwaters are near some homes along Riverside Dr, Shorewood Dr, and Highway W in the Village of Salem Lakes and Town of Wheatland areas. Fox River Park boat launch starts to flood. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 6:00 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 10.6 feet. - Bankfull stage is 10.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this afternoon to a crest of 11.1 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage tomorrow morning. - Flood stage is 11.0 feet. - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 11.0 feet on 03/11/2020. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
