Wapsipinicon River near De Witt 4S affecting Scott and Clinton Counties. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...North Skunk River near Sigourney. * WHEN...Until Sunday afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, Water affects most agricultural land near Sigourney. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:30 PM CDT Friday the stage was 18.2 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage Sunday morning and continue falling to 8.0 feet Friday, October 09. - Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
