Wapsipinicon River near De Witt 4S affecting Clinton and Scott Counties. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...North Skunk River near Sigourney. * WHEN...Until late Sunday night. * IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, Water affects most agricultural land near Sigourney. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:30 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 18.4 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 18.4 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage tomorrow evening. - Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
