Skunk River at Augusta affecting Lee, Des Moines and Henry IA Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...North Skunk River near Sigourney. * WHEN...Until late Monday night. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:30 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 17.3 feet. - Forecast...The river will rise to 20.2 feet early Friday afternoon. It will then fall Saturday morning. It will rise to 20.1 feet Sunday morning. It will then fall below flood stage Monday afternoon. - Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
