Republican River Near Hardy affecting Republic, Nuckolls and Jewell Counties. Republican River Near Riverton affecting Franklin County. Republican River At Guide Rock affecting Nuckolls and Webster Counties. Solomon River At Beloit affecting Mitchell County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Republican River near Hardy. * WHEN...From early Thursday morning to late Thursday night. * IMPACTS...At 12.5 feet, The north and south approach of the Republican River Bridge south of Hardy will see shallow flooding as the river expands outward reaching a maximum width of 0.9 mile. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:30 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 3.3 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage to a crest of 13.0 feet Thursday morning. It is currently forecast to fall below flood stage late Thursday evening. - Flood stage is 11.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
