The notice as issued
The Flood Warning will expire at 1215 PM CDT this afternoon for a portion of north central Kansas, including the following areas, Jewell, Mitchell, Osborne and Smith. Most of this areal Flood Warning has been effectively replaced by a less-urgent Flood Advisory valid until 9 PM CDT this evening. However, Flood Warnings do remain in effect specifically for the Solomon River.
