...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Missouri...Kansas... Missouri River at Glasgow affecting Saline, Chariton and Howard Counties. Missouri River At Miami affecting Saline, Carroll and Chariton Counties. Missouri River at Waverly affecting Lafayette, Carroll and Saline Counties. Missouri River at Napoleon affecting Lafayette, Ray and Jackson Counties. Missouri River at St Joseph affecting Andrew, Doniphan and Buchanan Counties. Missouri River at Boonville affecting Moniteau, Cooper, Howard and Boone Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Missouri River at Napoleon. * WHEN...Until Tuesday evening. * IMPACTS...At 17.0 feet, Low-lying areas unprotected by levees begin to flood. At 24.5 feet, The Missouri-Pacific Railroad tracks are overtopped. At 25.0 feet, Rural areas unprotected by levees flood. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:00 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 22.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 23.3 feet this evening.
