Missouri River At Brownville affecting Nemaha and Atchison Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Missouri River at Rulo. * WHEN...From late Thursday night to Monday morning. * IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, The Rulo boat ramp begins to flood. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:30 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 11.8 feet. - Bankfull stage is 17.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 20.4 feet early Saturday afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage early Monday morning. - Flood stage is 17.0 feet. - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 20.4 feet on 06/20/1990. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
