Missouri River At Rulo affecting Holt and Richardson Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Missouri River at Rulo. * WHEN...From late tonight to Monday morning. * IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, The Rulo boat ramp begins to flood. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:30 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 12.7 feet. - Bankfull stage is 17.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage just after midnight tonight to a crest of 20.4 feet early Saturday afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage early Monday morning. - Flood stage is 17.0 feet. - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 20.4 feet on 06/20/1990. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
