Missouri River At Rulo affecting Holt and Richardson Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring. * WHERE...Missouri River at Rulo. * WHEN...Until this afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Agricultural lowlands along the river begin to flood. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:30 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 17.4 feet. - Bankfull stage is 17.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 8:30 AM CDT Saturday was 19.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage late this morning and continue falling to 9.2 feet Thursday morning. - Flood stage is 17.0 feet. - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 17.4 feet on 07/11/1958. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
