Missouri River At Rulo affecting Richardson and Holt Counties. .This update reflect a slight increase in the forecasted river stage. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Missouri River at Rulo. * WHEN...Until Sunday morning. * IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, The Rulo boat ramp begins to flood. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 2:30 AM CDT Friday the stage was 18.9 feet. - Bankfull stage is 17.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 2:30 AM CDT Friday was 18.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 19.2 feet this morning. It will then fall below flood stage early Sunday morning. - Flood stage is 17.0 feet. - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 19.4 feet on 05/30/2004. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
