* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Greeley County in west central Kansas... Wichita County in west central Kansas... * WHEN...Until 900 AM MDT /1000 AM CDT/ Tonight. * IMPACTS...Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 743 PM MDT /843 PM CDT/, Emergency Management reports numerous road closures as well as high water in both Greeley and Wichita counties. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Leoti, Tribune, Horace, Selkirk, Lydia and Marienthal.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.
