Northwestern Pondera County in north central Montana... * WHEN...Until 245 PM MDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 841 PM MDT, gauge reports indicated ongoing flooding at Badger Creek below Four Horns Canal. Flooding is already occurring in the warned area. - This includes the following streams and drainages... Whitetail Creek, North Fork Whitetail Creek and Badger Creek. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
