Southern Riley County in northeastern Kansas... * WHEN...Until midnight CDT tonight. * IMPACTS...Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 947 PM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is already occurring in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Manhattan, Junction City, Wamego, Westmoreland, Ogden, Onaga, St. George, Milford, Louisville, Circleville, Corning, Soldier, Havensville, Wheaton, Tuttle Creek Lake, Keats and Milford Lake.
