Northeastern Seward County in southwestern Kansas... * WHEN...Until 1015 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 422 PM CDT, Emergency management reported heavy rain in the warned area due to thunderstorms. Flooding is already occurring. Between 3 and 6+ inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
