The notice as issued

* WHAT...Minor flooding along the West Fork Big Blue River in portions of York and Fillmore counties continue. * WHERE...Southeastern York County in east central Nebraska... Northwestern Fillmore County in south central Nebraska... * WHEN...Until 700 PM CDT Friday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations continues. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1136 PM CDT, automated river gauges continue to indicate ongoing minor flooding along the West Fork Big Blue River, as a result of heavy rainfall over the last few days. As of 11:00PM CDT, an automated gauge north of Grafton reported a stage of 13.3, which was 2.3 feet above the minor flood stage of 11.0 feet. Given the recent trends indicating a substantial slowdown of increasing water levels, we suspect that the water levels may be soon to crest tonight. It is likely that water levels along the West Fork Big Blue River will remain in minor flood stage until at least sometime Friday or Friday night before dropping back below flood stage. - This includes the following streams and drainages... West Fork Big Blue River, Turkey Creek, Little Sandy Creek, Beaver Creek, Big Sandy Creek, Pawnee Creek, School Creek, Sleepy Hollow Creek, Scott Creek, Buffalo Creek, Johnson Creek, Walnut Creek, South Fork Turkey Creek, Galaway Creek, Stone Creek, Dry Sandy Creek, Dove Creek, Little Blue River, Thirtytwo Mile Creek, Dry Run Creek, Liberty Creek and Oak Creek. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... McCool Junction, and rural areas along the West Fork Big Blue River both upstream and downstream of McCool Junction. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
