Missouri River At Miami affecting Saline, Carroll and Chariton Counties. Missouri River at Waverly affecting Lafayette, Carroll and Saline Counties. Missouri River at Napoleon affecting Lafayette, Ray and Jackson Counties. Missouri River at St Joseph affecting Andrew, Doniphan and Buchanan Counties. Missouri River at Boonville affecting Moniteau, Cooper, Howard and Boone Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Missouri River at St Joseph. * WHEN...Until late Sunday night. * IMPACTS...At 17.0 feet, Lowland flooding upstream and downstream from St. Joseph occurs. At 19.0 feet, Backwater from the Missouri River floods property along the Nodaway river at Nodaway, Missouri.
