Missouri River at St Joseph affecting Doniphan, Buchanan and Andrew Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Missouri River at St Joseph. * WHEN...Until Monday morning. * IMPACTS...At 17.0 feet, Lowland flooding upstream and downstream from St. Joseph occurs. At 19.0 feet, Backwater from the Missouri River floods property along the Nodaway river at Nodaway, Missouri. At 21.0 feet, Riverfront Park in St. Joseph begins to flood. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:00 AM CDT Friday the stage was 20.3 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 21.2 feet this evening.
