...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Iowa... Skunk River at Augusta affecting Lee, Henry IA and Des Moines Counties. North Skunk River near Sigourney affecting Keokuk County. Wapsipinicon River near De Witt 4S affecting Scott and Clinton Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Skunk River at Augusta. * WHEN...From this evening to late Sunday night. * IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, Widespread agricultural flooding occurs. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 6:45 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 15.7 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 18.2 feet tomorrow evening. It will then fall below flood stage Sunday afternoon. - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
What the agency told people to do
