Mississippi River at Burlington affecting Hancock, Lee, Henderson and Des Moines Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Mississippi River at Gladstone LD18. * WHEN...From late Tuesday night to Saturday morning. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 11:30 AM CDT Monday the stage was 7.6 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early Wednesday morning to a crest of 11.1 feet early Thursday morning. It will then fall below flood stage Friday afternoon. - Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
