Grand River near Brunswick affecting Carroll and Chariton Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Grand River near Gallatin. * WHEN...Until late Friday night. * IMPACTS...At 26.0 feet, Low-lying woodlands and farmland along the river flood. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:45 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 25.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this afternoon to a crest of 26.8 feet just after midnight tonight.
