Grand River near Gallatin affecting Livingston and Daviess Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Grand River near Pattonsburg. * WHEN...From late tonight to Saturday morning. * IMPACTS...At 25.0 feet, Low-lying farmland begins to flood. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 3:30 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 16.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage just after midnight tonight to a crest of 26.9 feet tomorrow evening. It will then fall below flood stage late Friday morning. - Flood stage is 25.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
