The Little Colorado River at Winslow has dropped below 15 feet and is continuing to drop early this morning. Downstream flooding concerns near Birdsprings should be resolved or start to resolve shortly. The Flood Warning will be allowed to expire. Please continue to heed any remaining road closures.
